Wear this black tulle long pettocoat to add volume to long skirts, including our long mesh skirt, to give an elegant Victorian appearance.  The skirt is made of tulle and trimmed with 6 satin tiers down the length of the skirt , with a thin satin edging on the bottom. The crinoline skirt is ideal for formal outfits such as evening gowns and gothic wedding dresses.  The skirt has an elasticated waistband and zipper entry. This is a petticoat tulle skirt, and is meant to be worn under any long big skirt, mostly by Sinister or Burleska brands! The waist is elasticated, which will allow the skirt to fit a multitude of sizes. 100% Polyester,  Hand Wash Separately, Cool Iron.  Made in Indonesia. Please read the sizing chart carefully.
