Black satin, tulle and lace gothic victorian skirt. The satin inner skirt is adorned with a soft tulle ruffled flowing frill until the hem of the skirt. The flower lace ruched up overskirt is detailed with black satin roses and black lace trimming along the hem. The skirt has an elasticated waistband. Straight out of a fairytale book. This skirt is GORGEOUS! This skirt is very long and has a cascading waterfall effect at the top portion of the skirt. The waist is elasticated, which will allow the skirt to fit a multitude of sizes. 100% Polyester,  Hand Wash Separately, Cool Iron.  Made in Indonesia. Please read the sizing chart carefully.
