Shipping & Returns

All items you see on the site are available and in stock. Therefore your items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon shipment with tracking information.

Postage is calculated prior to submitting your payment information and is based on estimated weights and sizes of the combined items in your cart. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices, and their prices. However if you have a query with postage quoted please contact us before placing the order.

All orders are shipped USPS, with delivery confirmation. Insurance is available at an additional charge, and is encouraged to ensure your package arrives safely. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen goods if you have not purchased insurance.

United States

13 oz and under: First Class Mail

14 oz and over: Priority Mail, or Parcel Post Mail

If you have an order that is very large, or very heavy and would like to look into rates with U.P.S or Fed Ex, please text us at 951-834-8892 before placing your order!

International Orders:

(First Class Mail International is now being offered as this is the cheapest method, but NO TRACKING is provided on this method, all items shipped via this method are AT YOUR OWN RISK)

Return Policy

If you have received an incorrect item, or an item in the wrong color or size, please contact us immediately and your item will be replaced at no charge to you. All other returns are issued on a case by case basis. There will be NO returns on clothing due to sizing issues, all measurements are clearly posted on each item description, please read descriptions carefully. If you need help determining the best size for you, please call or email us, and we would be happy to help you! Items must be returned in their original packaging, tags attached, unworn and unused. All returns must be pre approved, and requested within 3 days of receipt of your item. A 20% restocking fee may apply. You must write your RA# on the outside of the package. All unauthorized returns will be sent back. If you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your issue. Special Order Policy

If you are looking for a particular item and do not see it in the store, please contact us as we would be happy to try to obtain the item for you. If we are able to get an item for you, the following applies:

  1. Payment of Special Order is due upfront (before we order the item).
  2. Sale is final, no RETURNS or REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
