Very fine tailoring. I bought a 3x fearing it might be too big in the breasts, mine are barely a C. It fits fine. The measurements listed are accurate. The lacing in the front IS NOT adjustable. This is long enough to cover the "dunlap" if you have one. It is taylored to fit a bit snug at the waistline. The bell sleeves are large on this one. A beautifully made fine item. Love it!
