Plus Size Black Pinup Ruffle Skirt

So i got a 3x and my measurements are waist 46 and hip 47. i found the skirt fits well, it doesn't fit tight. it is a nice fabric and not sure yet if you need a slip underneath or not and like the description it has no stretch to it. as picture it is super cute and if you wanted to not hug your curves it looks just as nice a little loose like mine is well made product thank you
