It has cord lace-up through eyelets and 3 PVC buckles at the center front. This has adjustable straps and an elasticized back to fit a variety of sizes. The witchy skirt is gorgeous! It consists of 2 layers. An inner satin petticoat with mesh red trimming which is pointed to give the witchy effect, The outer layer is pointy black floral lace. Please read measurements carefully!
