How do I create an account?

Click the "Log In" link at the top left side of our site.

Under "New? Please Provide Your Billing Information", fill out the form to create your account. Rest assured your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

Can I pay by check or money order?

At this time we are not accepting check or money orders. If you do not have a credit card, or Paypal, and would like to make a purchase, please contact us via email or phone to see if special arrangements may be made for you to pay with a postal money order.

Is your site secure?

How do I use a coupon?

You will be given the opportunity to enter your coupon code during checkout. For more information, please visit our Discount Coupon look up page.

How much is my shipping?

Postage is calculated prior to submitting your payment information and is based on estimated weights and sizes of the combined items in your cart. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered any Shipping Method choices and their prices. You may also push the "Estimate Shipping" button on the shopping cart page. However if you have a query with postage quoted please contact us before placing the order. I just placed my order. How long will it take until it is shipped?

All items you see on the site are available and in stock. Therefore your items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. We strive to ship out items within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon shipment with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship internationally via Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. We have just added First Class Mail International as a cheaper alternative for you. Keep in mind that on First Class Mail International there is no delivery confirmation available and all shipments via this method are at your own risk. Insurance is available for First Class Mail International, and can be purchased at an additional cost.  *Customs and or duties fees may be accessed and are the responsibility of the customer for international shipments*

Do you do special orders?

Yes! Being a specialty store, we try to bring you the most unique selection, including hard to find items. If you have a special request, or have been looking for an item and just can't find it, please email us to see if we may be able to find it for you! Please visit our Special Orders for more information.

What is your return policy?

If you have received an incorrect item, or an item in the wrong color or size, please contact us immediately and your item will be replaced at no charge to you. All other returns are issued on a case by case basis. Please be careful when choosing your size for clothing, if you need help, we have personal shoppers who can assist you with measuring and choosing the correct sizing. All measurements are clearly posted on each item description, please read descriptions carefully. If you need help determining the best size for you, please call or email us, and we would be happy to help you! All returns must be pre approved, and requested within 7 days of receipt of your item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, tags attached, unworn and unused. Items must be free of Pet Hair/ Stains & Odors. Items with pet hair/stains/odors or in used, unsellable condition, missing tags, etc will be sent back at buyers expense. A 20% restocking fee may apply. You must write your RA# on the outside of the package. All unauthorized returns will be sent back. If you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your issue. Any refused packages without prior authorization will be accessed a 20% restocking fee.

Why is there a SOLD OUT coffin icon on the item I want to order?

When there is a Sold Out icon on an item that you are looking at in the store, that means the item will be restocked soon! Please use the "Request Restock" button to let us know which color and size you would like to order, and we will email you back as soon as they are in stock. If an item you were looking for is no longer on the site, that means the item has been discontinued. All Sold Out icon items will be restocked. Please make sure to utilize the restock notification button so we order enough of each item when we restock!

What does "Send to Dungeon" Mean?

Send to Dungeon is a new cart feature, which allows you to move items to your dungeon to save for future purchases. Works very similar to the "Save for Later" on Amazon. If you have items in your cart, and would like to check out, but don't want to purchase one of them, you can select the "Send to Dungeon" icon in your shopping cart, and it will be saved for future purchase. To add the item back to your cart, simply push the "Add to Shopping Casket" button again!!!
